Enrolment

A place is held once we confirm your dates and receive a deposit. We confirm every enrolment in writing with the course, the dates and the total price.

Prices

The price we quote you is the price you pay. Nothing is added afterwards. Prices depend on the course and the number of weeks booked.

Changes and cancellations

Tell us as early as you can and we will move your dates where we can. We would rather reschedule you than have you travel at the wrong time.

Placement

Your level is set by a short conversation on your first morning. If the group turns out to be wrong for you we move you.

Accommodation

Accommodation is arranged on your behalf with host families and local providers. We choose them carefully, and if something is not right during your stay, tell us and we will move you.
